Yondry is a personal day-planning application that helps you discover and plan days out based on places you've saved. It is operated by Anna Maria Katsioura ("we", "us", "our"), based in the United Kingdom.
By creating an account or using Yondry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Yondry. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission.
You can sign in using your Apple or Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
You agree not to share your account credentials, impersonate others, or create accounts for fraudulent purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Yondry uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude) to generate personalised day plans based on your saved places and stated preferences. By using the app you acknowledge that:
You retain ownership of the places, notes, and content you add to Yondry. By saving content to the app, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and use it solely to provide the Yondry service to you.
You agree not to save or submit content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
If you use Yondry's collection sharing feature, you acknowledge that shared content will be visible to anyone with the share link. Share responsibly.
You agree not to:
Day plans, place suggestions, and recommendations generated by Yondry are produced by artificial intelligence. They are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or suitability of any AI-generated content. Always use your own judgement and verify important details before acting on any suggestion.
Yondry integrates with third-party services including Google Places, Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, Anthropic, and OpenWeatherMap. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
Yondry, its logo, brand, design, and original content are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our name, logo, or brand without our prior written consent.
The Yondry wordmark, tagline "Go yonder.", and visual design are proprietary. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your use of the app, or your violation of any third party's rights.
We may update, modify, or discontinue Yondry (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times or that any specific features will remain available.
We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, without notice or liability.
Upon termination, your licence to use the app ends immediately. Sections covering intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
